Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Medical Technology or related sciences field Relevant experience in experimental design and analytical analysis, including data evaluation and interpretation Basic computer skills MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with mini tab or other statistical software is preferred Ability to utilize good judgment working in dependently and within a team setting Ability to safely handle human blood/serum samples and biological reagents for testing purposes. Carries out laboratory procedures creating novel materials and formulations intended for use in the development of new in vitro diagnostic processes using established protocols and SOPs. Maintains accurate records of work performed in accordance with cGMP and the procedures outlined in the Quality System Utilizes Design of Experiments (DOE) and other statistical software to analyze experimental data Consistently demonstrations the mission, values and operating principles Must be capable of reliable and predictable attendance
